Booking a Houston to Galveston shuttle carries exactly one real risk: your flight. If your inbound flight is delayed or canceled, or your ship returns to the Port of Galveston late, you can miss your pickup through no fault of your own. On most shared shuttle services in this market, that money is simply gone.
Shuttle Protection removes that risk. It is built into the $39 shared fare on every shared seat. On private transfers it is not included, and you can add it for 10% of the fare at booking. Private transfers also have their own cancellation terms, shown at checkout.
- Delayed flight. If a delayed inbound flight causes you to miss your scheduled pickup, your shared booking is refunded in full.
- Canceled flight. Same coverage. A canceled flight refunds your shared booking.
- Late ship arrival. If your cruise ship returns to port late and you miss your return shuttle, your shared booking is refunded too.
- Free cancellation. Change your mind for any reason, up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup, and get a full refund.
- A seat on a later van. Tell us your flight is delayed and we will move you to the next departure with room, at no extra charge.
